Initial Payment of Certain Fees

We do not charge for initial telephone consultations with our office.  However, sometimes people may have questions that require extensive fact specific considerations and analysis by our attorneys.  In these situations, we may  require that a consultation fee be paid.  We will inform you of this before we charge any such fee.  If, after you first call us, we inform you that we will require a consultation fee, you may pay the fee, securely, through Paypal, by following the Consultation Fee payment link below. 

 

 

  • Consultation Fee Payment   

    By making a payment in the amount of $50.00, Walker & Kang, LLC agree to provide up to 1/2 hour of telephone consultation.  It is agreed that once paid, this consultation payment will be non-refundable. It is further understood and agreed that the service provided by Walker & Kang, LLC and its attorneys for this payment will be limited to a consultation only, and that any further representation by Walker & Kang LLC or its attorneys will require a separate written retainer agreement.
